• Communicate proactively with SellAfrrik regarding any shipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with platform rules and applicable laws.

3. Responsibilities of SellAfrrik

• Receive, inspect, and store vendor shipments safely.
• Dispatch items to the selected delivery agency in a timely manner.
• Manage escrow payments and release funds according to confirmed deliveries.
• Handle disputes and refunds fairly and transparently.

4. Responsibilities of Customers

• Provide accurate delivery details and contact information.
• Confirm receipt of items to release escrow payments.
• Report any issues or damages promptly to SellAfrrik support.

5. Escrow Release & Timing

• Funds remain in escrow until delivery confirmation or automatic verification after the defined period.
• Escrow can be adjusted in cases of verified disputes, returns, or refunds.
• Platform fees and commissions are deducted before the vendor receives the payment.

6. Dispute Handling

SellAfrrik will investigate any disputes between vendors, delivery agencies, and customers. Funds are released based on verified claims and platform policies.

7. Policy Updates

SellAfrrik may update this Escrow Policy periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
