Payments Policy

SellAfrrik provides a secure, fast, and flexible payment ecosystem for all stakeholders – customers, vendors, and delivery agencies. Our platform leverages the internal Afrrika Pay Wallet for most transactions, ensuring instant and password-free payments.

1. Internal Payments – Afrrika Pay Wallet

• All internal transactions (order payments, refunds, vendor payouts, delivery agency settlements) are processed through Afrrika Pay Wallet.
• Stakeholders can freely load funds into their wallet and use it for transactions within the platform.
• Refunds to customers, vendors, and delivery agencies are credited instantly to their wallets.
• Wallet balances are fully transparent with real-time transaction history visible to all parties.
• Stakeholders have complete flexibility to cash out at any time, to any account they choose.

2. External Payments – Paystack Gateway

For external payments, SellAfrrik currently integrates with Paystack. This allows customers to pay using:

• Bank transfers
• Debit/Credit cards
• Mobile money (where supported)

External payments are only allowed at checkout. Once the payment is confirmed, funds are automatically credited to the appropriate wallets on SellAfrrik for order processing.

3. Vendor & Delivery Agency Payouts

• Vendors and delivery agencies receive their payouts directly to their Afrrika Pay Wallet.
• They can choose when to cash out and to which bank account or external payment method.
• Partial or full withdrawals are supported, providing full control over cash flow.
• All transactions are traceable, ensuring accountability and transparency.

4. Customer Payments & Refunds

• Customers can pay for orders instantly through their Afrrika Pay Wallet without entering PINs or passwords repeatedly.
• Refunds are automatically credited to the customer's wallet once a return or dispute is processed.
• Customers can choose to keep funds in their wallet for future purchases or cash out at any time.
• All wallet activity is logged in real-time for full transparency.

5. Flexibility & Security

• The wallet system allows all stakeholders to transact seamlessly without relying on external systems.
• All wallet transactions are encrypted, secure, and instantly updated.
• External payments (Paystack) are only used for new funds; internal wallet transactions are preferred for speed and efficiency.
• Stakeholders are responsible for monitoring their wallet balances and ensuring sufficient funds for transactions.
