Vendors must provide accurate and up-to-date information to create and maintain an account. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.
3. Vendor Obligations
- Sell only products you are authorized to sell.
- Provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Ship products promptly once escrow is released.
- Comply with local laws and SellAfrrik policies.
- Respond to buyer inquiries professionally and promptly.
4. Escrow & Payments
- Buyer funds are held in escrow until delivery confirmation.
- Vendors receive payment only after release.
- Provide accurate banking/payment information.
- Platform fees and commissions are deducted from payments.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- No sale of illegal, counterfeit, or restricted items.
- No manipulation of reviews or transactions.
- No fraudulent or misleading activity.
- No violation of intellectual property rights.
6. Returns, Refunds & Disputes
- Follow platform return policies.
- Resolve disputes professionally.
- Escrow adjustments handled by SellAfrrik.
7. Termination & Suspension
- Violation of terms may result in suspension.
- Fraudulent or unsafe practices may result in termination.
- Non-compliance with regulations may lead to account closure.
8. Limitation of Liability
SellAfrrik is a secure intermediary and not responsible for product quality or disputes outside the platform. Vendors assume risks of trade within platform safeguards.
9. Amendments
SellAfrrik may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Vendors agree to comply with local trade regulations.
