How do I login as a vendor?

SellAfrrik uses OTP authentication for vendor logins. No passwords are required. Visit Vendor Login, enter your registered phone/email, and input the OTP sent to you.

How do I register as a vendor?

To register, visit Vendor Registration. Submit all required business details, verification documents, and branding information. Verification takes up to 3 business days. Upon approval, you get a dedicated store URL and can list products.

Where do I list products?

After logging in, navigate to the dashboard menu and select Add New Product. Fill in the required fields: category, subcategory, product details, images, price, and stock. Ensure images are high-quality, 2000x2000px, white background, PNG or JPG. Do not include contact numbers or prices on images. Only list brand new products.

Who handles delivery?

Vendors never deliver directly to customers or pickup stations. You ship only to SellAfrrik. SellAfrrik handles delivery to pickup stations/delivery agencies or door delivery when requested by the customer.

How do I manage orders?

Order status lifecycle is managed by customers and SellAfrrik. Vendors can view statuses and participate by shipping items to SellAfrrik. Returns and refunds are processed through SellAfrrik to protect both parties.

How do returns work?

Customers initiate returns via their orders page. Vendors handle returned items by confirming receipt and paying the refund through Afrrika Pay Wallet. All system updates (Pending, Completed, Refund Issued) are handled by SellAfrrik. Access Manage Returns from your dashboard to process requests.

What is the Afrrika Pay Wallet?

Afrrika Pay Wallet is the platform’s internal payment system. Vendors use it to receive sales proceeds, pay returns, and process refunds. All transactions are recorded and visible in real-time in your dashboard.

Can I edit my store information?

Yes. Navigate to Vendor Settings in your dashboard to update business details, contact information, and branding assets. Changes may require verification depending on the field.

How long does verification take?

Vendor registration and document verification take up to 3 business days. Applications may be approved or rejected based on completeness and compliance. Approved vendors receive a dedicated store URL and can start listing products.
