Delivery & Pickup Stations
On SellAfrrik, delivery agencies and pickup stations handle customer order collection and deliveries. As a vendor, your responsibility is strictly to ship products to SellAfrrik.
Vendor Responsibilities
- Ship all approved products promptly to SellAfrrik’s fulfillment center.
- Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and product integrity before shipping.
- Provide accurate shipment details and documentation for accountability.
- Do not attempt to deliver directly to pickup stations; customers collect orders from pickup stations only through SellAfrrik's delivery network.
- All products must be brand new; no used products are allowed.
- Do not include prices or customer contact details on product packaging or images.
Delivery Agency & Pickup Station Responsibilities
- Receive products from SellAfrrik.
- Hold products at pickup stations for customer collection.
- Handle door deliveries only when a customer requests it.
- Coordinate with SellAfrrik for notifications, order updates, and issue resolution.
Customer Interaction
- Customers collect products at designated pickup stations or request door delivery through SellAfrrik.
- Customers never contact vendors directly for order pickup or delivery.
- All delivery and pickup status updates are handled by SellAfrrik.
