How do I login as a delivery partner?

SellAfrrik uses OTP authentication for delivery partner logins. Visit Delivery Partner Login, enter your registered phone/email, and input the OTP sent to you.

How do I register as a delivery partner?

Visit Delivery Partner Registration. Submit all required company details, licenses, insurance, and staff certifications. Verification takes up to 3 business days. Once approved, you can start receiving parcels for pickup and delivery.

What are my responsibilities as a delivery partner?

You must securely store parcels at pickup stations, update parcel status in real-time, deliver items promptly when door delivery is requested, and notify customers and SellAfrrik about delivery status changes.

How do I update parcel status?

Use the SellAfrrik dashboard or integrated system to mark parcels as At Pickup Station or Delivered. This triggers automatic notifications to the customer and vendor.

Do I deliver parcels directly to customers?

Door delivery is only done when requested by the customer. Otherwise, parcels are collected by customers at your pickup station.

What happens if a parcel is lost or damaged?

You must report lost or damaged parcels immediately to SellAfrrik. Follow the platform's claims procedures. Refunds or replacements are processed through Afrrika Pay Wallet.

What is Afrrika Pay Wallet?

Afrrika Pay Wallet is SellAfrrik’s internal payment system. Delivery partners receive payouts for completed deliveries and refunds for reimbursable expenses. All transactions are transparent and visible in real-time.

How do I communicate with customers?

Notifications are automatically sent via SMS, email, and system alerts when you update parcel status. You can also contact customers if there are delivery delays or issues.

What conduct is prohibited?

Delivery partners must not tamper with parcels, drive unsafely, misrepresent delivery times, or violate laws. Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination.
