Delivery Partner Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your responsibilities, rights, and obligations as a delivery partner with SellAfrrik.

1. Introduction

SellAfrrik partners with registered delivery agencies to ensure secure, timely, and transparent delivery of customer orders. Delivery partners act as pickup stations or provide door-to-door delivery where requested.

2. Account Registration & Compliance

• Provide accurate company details, licenses, and insurance information during registration.
• Comply with all local laws, transportation regulations, and safety standards.
• Ensure all staff and drivers are properly trained and certified.

3. Delivery Partner Obligations

• Receive parcels from SellAfrrik dispatch centers and securely store them until collection.
• Update parcel status in the SellAfrrik system accurately and in real-time.
• Notify customers promptly when orders are ready for pickup or delivered.
• Perform door delivery only if requested by the customer, delivering items to the correct address.
• Communicate proactively with SellAfrrik and customers regarding delays or issues.
• Maintain reliable contact channels for customer support and queries.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• No tampering, theft, or unauthorized handling of parcels.
• No unsafe driving or violation of traffic laws during deliveries.
• No misrepresentation of delivery times, services, or parcel status.

5. Liability & Insurance

• Delivery partners are responsible for loss or damage to parcels in their custody.
• Maintain valid insurance coverage for all parcels handled.
• Follow SellAfrrik claims procedures for lost or damaged items, including replacement or refunds via Afrrika Pay Wallet.

6. Notifications & Transparency

• Update parcel status to trigger automatic notifications to SellAfrrik, vendors, and customers.
• Ensure all transactions, payments, and refunds are processed through Afrrika Pay Wallet for transparency and traceability.
• Maintain real-time records of deliveries and communications within the SellAfrrik system.

7. Termination & Suspension

• Violation of these terms or unsafe practices may result in suspension or termination of your partnership.
• Failure to comply with legal or regulatory requirements may lead to account closure.

8. Amendments

SellAfrrik may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Delivery partners agree to comply with local transportation and trade regulations.
