1. Receiving Returned Items
- Accept returned parcels at your pickup station.
- Verify the tracking number matches SellAfrrik’s system records.
- Inspect the parcel for visible damage without opening sealed items.
- Securely store returned items until shipment back to SellAfrrik.
2. Packaging & Preparation
- Ensure returned parcels are properly sealed and labeled.
- Reinforce packaging if necessary to prevent transit damage.
- Group returned parcels for scheduled shipment to SellAfrrik dispatch centers.
3. Shipping Back to SellAfrrik
- Ship returned parcels promptly to the designated SellAfrrik dispatch center.
- Maintain a record of all returned shipments.
- Confirm handover and update the system as required.
4. Status Updates
Update parcel status according to SellAfrrik tracking procedures to ensure proper notification and transparency.
5. Important Notice
Delivery agencies do not handle refunds, replacements, or customer reimbursement.
All refund approvals, replacements, and customer communications regarding returned items are handled entirely by SellAfrrik.
